Celebrations
This weekend was fun, and busy! Friday was mommy’s and daddy’s anniversary but daddy had to work friday night so he slept all day so they celebrated it saturday instead. We started by going shopping at the farmers market. We got some yummy fruit and vegetables to eat. There were alot of people that thought I was cute. There was even another little girl with her mommy and her mommy was asking the girl why she didnt have curls like mine.
We also went to Manito Park. We can’t feed the ducks and geese anymore, but it was sure fun to watch them. I sat there in my stroller and pointed at everything that moved. Lots of birds! They were so cool!
Here is a picture of some of them eating weeds in the grass. The other picture is the smile I constantly had on my face while watching the birds. I was smiling because I loved watching the ducks, but I was so distracted that I forgot to smile so it wasnt very big. This is the result.
After the shopping and Manito Park, we went to visit the Mitchells. It was great to see Grandpa! (Grandma
didnt show up till right after Mommy and Daddy left.) We played lots, then I fell asleep, and then when I woke up Mommy and Daddy was back. They went to eat at Olive Garden.
On Sunday, we went to church with Grandma and Grandpa because one of Daddy’s friends is leaving to go on a mission and he was giving a talk in Sacrament Meeting. Mommy and Daddy left after Sacrament to teach Primary in our home ward, but I stayed with Grandma and Grandpa.
I was such a goof at Grandma and Grandpa’s house. I ran around and made messes and danced and spun in circles and was just having fun! It was Daddy’s birthday, so we had cake and icecream again. Daddy and I also showed everyone my cool cheerleading moves. I stand on Daddy’s knees and cheer. Mommy got it on video. I’m also trying to learn a new trick that Brady was doing. He was shaking his head REALLY fast. Grandma says I do the Reader’s Digest version of it.
Anyways, I have a dentist appointment soon so I will leave you with these videos. One is of me at Manito and the other is the cheering.
